We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

• We do not collect, upload, or store your photos or videos.
• We do not access the content of your images (no facial recognition, no image analysis on our servers).
• We do not collect your contacts, messages, or personal files.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.
• We do not create user profiles or track you across apps.

3. Information We May Collect

To improve the App and ensure it works properly, we may collect limited, anonymized information:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and debugging purposes.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
• App Store Data: Apple may collect data as described in their own privacy policy when you download or update the App through the App Store.

4. Photo Library Access

Gallery Cleaning requires access to your device's photo library to function. This permission is used solely to:

• Display your photos within the App for review.
• Allow you to mark photos for deletion.
• Delete photos you choose to remove (moved to the device's "Recently Deleted" folder first).

Photos are accessed locally on your device. They are never copied, uploaded, or transmitted to any external server or cloud service.

5. Data Storage

All App preferences and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any server-side databases containing user information. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Analytics (if applicable): We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools that do not track individual users or collect personal data.

7. Children's Privacy

Since your photos and data remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers, the security of your data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, encryption). We recommend keeping your device software up to date for the best security.

• Revoke photo library access at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy > Photos.
• Delete the App and all associated locally stored data at any time.
• Request information about any data we may have associated with your use of the App.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
